New bottling lines 4/2011

Two new bottling lines arrived from China last week.
I had a chance to check them over - and they look pretty good!

Mitshbishi processor program

The FX1N-EEPROM-8L can be used to save and restore the software in a FX1S processor.

Updated Manual

This is a copy of the current manual - for the Beer Bottling Monobloc.

Stop the Crowns!

Ever want to stop the crown while working on the machine?

Use a magnet on a stick in the crown track.

Crowner Head

The crowner head would frequently come loose - probably because of the vibrators on the crown track.

The bolts holding the bottom plate on only had a couple of threads of contact - these

bolts were replaced with longer bolts and Locktite was applied to all of the threads.

Crown Sensor:

The sensor for the crowns needed to be replaced because the original could not 'see' black crowns.

New part is a Omron E3F2-R4C4F.
